A rising star in the international photography scene, Filbert Kung has lent his eye shooting some of the most famous celebrities for notable fashion titles both in the United States and abroad. He has worked with magazines such as Harper's Bazaar, Vogue and its most recent title, Vogue Philippines, as well as La Palme Magazine, LA Now Magazine, IN Magazine Dubai, and countless others. He has likewise shot with amazing designers such as Michael Cinco, Oliver Tolentino, Ezra Santos, Furne One of Amato Couture, Natori and many more.

He counts himself fortunate to be entrusted with the portraits of various respectable individuals, and extremely lucky he even gets to shoot his favorite ones - like Jo Koy and Chris Evans. He's also worked with actors such as Maggie Q, Pierce Brosnan, as well as personalities like Bryanboy and Brian May of the band Queen. His sophisticated yet nuanced take on fashion photography has also made him a favorite of beauty queens, and he has also worked with many Miss Universe titleholders like Pia Wurtzbach, Iris Mittenaere, and Catriona Gray.

While he is currently based in Los Angeles, his unique vision has also made him a sought after photographer in New York, Miami, Rio de Janeiro, Paris and of course his hometown, Manila. He looks forward to bringing to the table the best of both worlds as a Filipino-American creative. As an artist, he finds inspiration everywhere appreciating the beauty in everyday things, as well as in the people he meets, the cultures he imbibes in and the places he has visited. He loves being able to capture the real emotions of people in his photographs, and loves shooting outdoors where his subjects can interact with the natural majesty of their surroundings and create absolutely striking images.
